Refund and Exchange Policy
Based on the nature of our business all sales are final. Most of our products are pre-owned and sold as-is. No products may be returned or exchanged without prior authorization from supervisor. If there is an issue with any product purchase, please contact the warehouse within 7-days for resolution.
Ergonomic Chair mechanisms have a 14-day review period warranty to report any malfunction. We encourage our customers to handle their product within this tine period to ensure all their needs and expectations are met. Please check your items thoroughly before accepting delivery.
Delivery: We offer delivery for a fee to various location within Southern California. Please ask for rate based on your location. If we are unable to reach the recipient or drop off the delivery and the products are returned to the location, the customer is responsible for setting up a new delivery date at an additional fee. If the items need to be restocked there may be a restocking fee applied. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship or mail products.
